Role

Creative Direction/ Project Lead

Year

2026

Objective

To lead the visual identity and environmental design for Hauslane’s inaugural presence at KBIS 2026. As the project lead, the goal was to orchestrate a high-impact "HausParty" themed exhibition within budget constraints, specifically tailored to engage the dealer audience and strengthen professional partnerships.

Approach

  • Project Leadership: Spearheaded the design direction and coordinated cross-departmentally with product, marketing, and sales teams to align the creative vision with core business objectives and dealer programs.

  • Team Supervision: Managed the design workflow and mentored two supporting designers to ensure high-quality execution of all visual assets while maintaining hands-on involvement in key design tasks.

  • Logistics & Constraints: Conducted comprehensive audits of site dimensions, budgetary limits, and logistical requirements to engineer a feasible yet premium brand experience.

  • Thematic Integration: Developed the "HausParty" concept to bridge the gap between corporate identity and the dealer-focused incentive program, translating the theme into a cohesive booth environment and curated promotional swags.

  • Pre-Execution Development: Managed the full design lifecycle from initial ideation to large-scale warehouse test builds, ensuring structural integrity and visual consistency ahead of the live event in February 2026.
