Objective
The objective of this eBook was to present the key findings of Productboard’s fourth annual Product Excellence report in a visually engaging and accessible format. Designed for product managers and leaders, the report explores the structural barriers in product organizations—highlighting delays in decision-making, alignment challenges, and the transformative power of purpose-built tools.
Approach
I translated complex data and survey insights into a refined, editorial layout that supported the narrative while enhancing readability. My design balanced clarity and visual interest, using typography, layout, and graphic accents to guide readers through the insights seamlessly. The result is an eBook that not only informs but also reinforces Productboard’s voice as a trusted partner in driving product innovation.
