Objective

The objective of the GleanGo25 Keynote project was to effectively communicate GleanGo’s vision and the latest announcements surrounding agents and advanced AI applications. My focus was on crafting a series of three keynotes—AI in Action: Creating the Intelligent Enterprise, A Security and Governance Blueprint: For Fast-Tracking AI Adoption, and Anatomy of Agent Systems—to ensure that each narrative flowed seamlessly and delivered the intended message with clarity and impact.

Approach

To achieve this, I worked closely with the project manager and creative director, aligning on the overarching narrative and visual direction. Within Glean’s established visual system, I refined the design of the decks to support the presenters’ storytelling, ensuring a smooth and engaging flow. My approach emphasized clear information hierarchy, refined typography, and thoughtful layout decisions, balancing visual cohesion with the distinct thematic focus of each presentation. This collaborative process ensured that every keynote delivered complex ideas with clarity and confidence, resonating with audiences and supporting Glean’s strategic vision.
